  1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the East Coast region to drive business growth.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  4. Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to expand the company's customer base.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to make strategic business decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  10. Communicate effectively with senior leadership on sales and marketing initiatives, progress, and results.
  11. Collaborate with product development and management teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts and product offerings.
  12. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets for the East Coast region.
  13. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and marketing processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales And Marketing Experience: A Dvp, Sales & Marketing - East Coast At Ametek Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Sales And Marketing Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Sales And Marketing Professionals, As Well As Collaborate Effectively With Other Departments Within The Organization.

  • Strategic Thinking And Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills With The Ability To Develop And Implement Sales And Marketing Plans That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Dvp, Sales & Marketing - East Coast Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Successfully Launching And Promoting New Products Or Services In The Market. Previous Experience In Managing A Large Sales Territory Is Also Preferred.
