- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the overall goals and objectives of the business unit
- Oversee the financial performance of the business unit and make recommendations for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and identify areas for cost savings and revenue generation
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Manage and monitor the budgeting process and make adjustments as needed to meet financial targets
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis function to support business unit operations and decision-making
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and suppliers
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to inform financial strategies and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Represent the business unit in financial discussions and negotiations with external partners and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team And Driving Results.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Financial Strategies To Support Business Goals.
Extensive Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Requirements, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Forecasting Processes.
