Director of Human Resources

This important role will be responsible for leading and managing an effective HR function across the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies, as well as providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to all levels of the business.We’re looking for a dedicated and driven professional with a minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of employment law, and experience in developing and managing HR policies, procedures, and processes. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement successful HR strategies across the organization
2. Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to all levels of the business
3. Have a working knowledge of employment law and experience in developing and managing HR policies, procedures, and processes
4. Monitor and evaluate HR practices and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation
5. Manage employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
6. Create and administer recruitment and selection processes
7. Provide proactive advice and support to employees and managers on a wide variety of HR-related topics
8. Develop and administer training and development initiatives
9. Maintain records and compile statistical reports related to personnel activities
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the organization operates in an efficient and effective manner
