Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial guidance and support to the business unit to ensure the achievement of its short-term and long-term objectives.
2. Develop and maintain financial strategies to ensure that the business unit remains operationally effective and financially strong.
3. Monitor financial performance and develop reports to analyze trends and identify areas of improvement.
4. Manage the budgeting process and ensure that all financial goals are met.
5. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
6. Establish and maintain effective internal controls.
7. Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and increased profits.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce levels of debt.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with banking and financial institutions.
10. Lead and coordinate audit activities.
11. Prepare and present financial information to senior management and the Board of Directors.
12. Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
