  1. Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications.

  3. Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions and make adjustments as necessary.
  4. Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Operating Cnc Machines And Related Equipment: This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Programming, Set-Up, And Operation Of Various Cnc Machines Such As Lathes, Mills, Grinders, And Other Related Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Blueprint Reading And Interpretation: A Qualified Cnc Machinist Should Be Able To Accurately Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Blueprints To Produce Precise Parts And Components.

  • Experience With Precision Measuring Instruments: A Fundamental Aspect Of Cnc Machining Is The Use Of Precision Measuring Tools Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Gauges. A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Good Grasp Of These Tools And Their Application.

  • Knowledge Of Material Properties And Cutting Techniques: A Cnc Machinist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Different Types Of Materials And Their Properties, As Well As The Appropriate Cutting Techniques And Tools To Be Used For Each Material.

  • Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills: Cnc Machining Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate And Precise Output. A Qualified Candidate Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise During The Machining Process.
