  1. Operate CNC machines to produce complex and high-precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  2. Set up and calibrate machines, including loading and unloading raw materials and selecting appropriate tools and programs.
  3. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
  4. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines or production process.
  6. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  9. Keep accurate records of production processes, including materials used, production times, and any issues encountered.
  10. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and successful completion of projects.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and deadlines.
  13. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC machining technology.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Operating Cnc Machines, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings And Blueprints.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Various Machining Processes, Including Milling, Turning, And Grinding.

  • Ability To Set Up And Program Cnc Machines Using G-Code And Cam Software.

  • Familiarity With Quality Control Procedures And Ability To Use Precision Measuring Tools Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Gauges.
