  1. Assemble and solder electronic components according to specifications and quality standards.
  2. Perform visual inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  3. Operate and maintain assembly and soldering equipment.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  6. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  7. Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and efficient production.
  8. Continuously improve assembly and soldering techniques to increase productivity and quality.
  9. Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
  10. Maintain accurate records of completed work and any issues encountered.
  11. Stay updated on new assembly and soldering techniques and procedures.
  12. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of assembly and soldering equipment.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
  15. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Soldering And Assembling Electronic Components: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Soldering And Assembling Electronic Components, Such As Printed Circuit Boards (Pcbs) And Wiring Harnesses. This Experience Should Include The Use Of Various Soldering Techniques And Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Assembly Processes And Techniques: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Assembly Processes And Techniques, Including Component Placement, Wiring, And Soldering. This Knowledge Should Include The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • Attention To Detail And Manual Dexterity: Assembler/Solderers Need To Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Components Are Correctly Placed And Soldered. They Also Need Good Manual Dexterity To Handle Small Electronic Components And Tools.

  • Familiarity With Safety Procedures And Regulations: Assembling And Soldering Electronic Components Involves Working With Potentially Hazardous Materials And Equipment. The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Safety Procedures And Regulations To Ensure A Safe Working Environment.

  • Ability To Work In A Team And Meet Deadlines: Assembler/Solderers Often Work In A Team Environment And Need To Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Their Colleagues. They Also Need To Be Able To Work Efficiently To Meet Production Deadlines And Targets. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Teamwork And Time Management Skills.
