
Policy Analyst - Criminal Justice Reform
Work to execute our criminal justice reform strategies by producing analysis and research material to assist in the production of policy products. Work with state chapters to develop in-depth reform agendas by identifying the most impactful reforms. Speak on behalf of the organization as needed, either to the general public or to public officials. Aid in the translation of complex issues into talking points/written text for communications and grassroots teams. Provide policy recommendations for new and existing organization policy positions.
A minimum of five years of experience working in a related field
Experience with the policy issues of criminal justice
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, environment
