Financial Analyst

Provide on-site support with managing PEO Submarine’s Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, which includes financial management support and analysis of all FMS cases. Monitor FMS financial reports from applicable accounting systems so as to identify commitment, obligation, expenditure, and disbursement discrepancies. Tasking will include reviewing program funding documents, financial analysis for development of the FMS case (P&A, LOR, & LOA), and Case Amendments and Modifications in DSAMS, reviewing and reconciliation using MISIL/DIFS. Prepare, review, and evaluate budget requests; evaluate controls and report obligations and expenditures for FMS funds. Perform on-site administrative actions to the PEOSUB’s FMS group in support of the Foreign Military Sales process. Provide briefings, letters and memoranda, point papers or issue papers, as requested by the PEOSUB FMS Group or the Team Sub Front Office both in electronic and paper format.
