
Senior Project Manager

- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure successful project integration.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Mentor and train junior project management staff.
- Represent the American Red Cross in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Embody the mission and values of the American Red Cross in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Strong Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery.
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Through The Project Management Institute (Pmi).
Experience Managing Large-Scale Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Complex Timelines.
Knowledge Of The Nonprofit Sector, Particularly In Disaster Relief And Humanitarian Aid, As Well As Experience Working With Volunteers And Managing Budgets.
