  1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic initiatives.
  2. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including team members, senior leadership, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  6. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  7. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage projects.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including setting clear expectations and delegating tasks.
  9. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards set by the American Red Cross.
  10. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure successful project integration.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes.
  12. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  13. Mentor and train junior project management staff.
  14. Represent the American Red Cross in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  15. Embody the mission and values of the American Red Cross in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Strong Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery.

  • Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Through The Project Management Institute (Pmi).

  • Experience Managing Large-Scale Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Complex Timelines.

  • Knowledge Of The Nonprofit Sector, Particularly In Disaster Relief And Humanitarian Aid, As Well As Experience Working With Volunteers And Managing Budgets.
