• Oversee the implementation, management, and evaluation of all SAF programs, including but not limited to emergency financial assistance, mental health support, and casework services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including military partners, community leaders, and other organizations working with military populations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures for program operations.
• Develop and monitor program budgets, including identifying potential funding sources and applying for grants.
• Provide supervision and support to program staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
