Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Or Communications.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Volunteer Management And Engagement, Preferably In A Nonprofit Or Humanitarian Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Diverse Groups Of Volunteers.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan And Execute Large-Scale Volunteer Events And Initiatives.
Knowledge And Understanding Of The American Red Cross Mission And Values, As Well As A Commitment To Promoting Volunteerism And Community Engagement.
