  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Red Cross facilities and fleet assets in the region, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  3. Manage a team of facility and fleet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and fleet assets to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Monitor and manage the budget for facility and fleet operations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and regional leadership to ensure facilities and fleet operations align with organizational goals and priorities.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facility and fleet management, ensuring compliance with Red Cross guidelines and regulations.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in facility and fleet management, and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.
  10. Ensure all facilities and fleet operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for any facility or fleet-related issues within the region, addressing and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the status of facility and fleet operations, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement.
  13. Act as a representative of the Red Cross in the community, promoting the organization's mission and values.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture within the facility and fleet team, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
  15. Adhere to all Red Cross policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Facilities And Fleet Management, Including Supervisory Or Leadership Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Maintenance, Construction, And Safety Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Budgets And Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
