Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail, As The Quarantine And Labeling Technician Will Be Responsible For Accurately Labeling And Tracking Blood Products To Ensure They Are Properly Quarantined And Released For Use.
Prior Experience In A Laboratory Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory, Particularly In A Blood Bank Or Blood Processing Facility, Is Highly Preferred For This Role. This Experience Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Duties Of A Quarantine And Labeling Technician Effectively.
Strong Organizational Skills: The Quarantine And Labeling Technician Will Be Responsible For Managing A Large Volume Of Blood Products And Maintaining Accurate Records. Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential To Keep Track Of All Incoming And Outgoing Products And To Ensure They Are Properly Labeled And Stored.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The American Red Cross Operates 24/7 And Processes A Large Volume Of Blood Products Daily.
