
Quarantine and Labeling Technician

- Perform daily quarantine and labeling duties for all incoming blood products, following strict protocols and safety measures.
- Inspect and verify accuracy of all blood products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are safe for use.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of blood products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to blood products.
- Monitor inventory levels of blood products and notify appropriate personnel when supplies are running low.
- Follow established procedures for discarding expired or damaged blood products, ensuring proper disposal.
- Update and maintain accurate records and documentation of all blood products, including tracking and labeling information.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail in all tasks performed to ensure the safety and accuracy of blood products.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Or Healthcare Setting
Knowledge Of Blood, Tissue, And Plasma Safety Protocols And Regulations
