
QC Laboratory Technologist

- Collaborate with laboratory team members to develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

- Participate in proficiency testing and maintain proficiency in all laboratory procedures.

- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on quality control procedures and protocols.
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure timely and accurate delivery of blood products.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all laboratory activities.
- Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) By A Nationally Recognized Accrediting Agency (E.g. Ascp)
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, With A Focus On Quality Control And Quality Assurance
Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Laboratory Testing And Quality Control
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Accurately And Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
