Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Recognized Organization Such As Ascp Or Amt.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Quality Control Measures, Including Clia And Fda Regulations.
