Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In Quality Control.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Clia And Cap.
Proficiency In Performing A Variety Of Laboratory Tests And Procedures, Including Troubleshooting And Maintenance Of Laboratory Equipment.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Independently While Following Strict Protocols And Procedures.
