Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Recognized Organization (Such As Ascp Or Amt)
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Laboratory, Preferably In A Blood Banking Or Transfusion Service Setting
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Clia Standards, And Aabb Standards For Blood Banking And Transfusion Services
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Performing Laboratory Tests And Interpreting Results.
