- Perform quality control testing on blood products to ensure safety and effectiveness.

- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with testing procedures or equipment.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.

- Train and mentor new laboratory technologists as needed.

- Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards for laboratory testing.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts to enhance laboratory operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.
- Act as a role model for ethical and responsible behavior in the laboratory.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory, Preferably With Qc Experience.
Knowledge Of Clia And Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Laboratory Testing And Quality Control.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Efficiently And Accurately In A Fast-Paced Laboratory Environment.
