As a Product Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in managing and distributing life-saving products to those in need.   1. Assist in managing the distribution of life-saving products to those in need.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Collaborate with the product management team to develop and implement strategies for product distribution.
  4. Conduct research on new products and suppliers to improve product offerings and increase efficiency.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, volunteers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines in the handling and distribution of products.
  7. Assist with product packaging and labeling, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding standards.
  8. Monitor product quality and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  9. Assist in coordinating product shipments and deliveries, including tracking and documentation.
  10. Provide administrative support to the product management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and skills.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the American Red Cross to stakeholders and the public.
  13. Adhere to all organization policies and procedures, including confidentiality and code of conduct.
  14. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Support the overall mission of the American Red Cross to alleviate suffering and save lives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational Skills: As A Product Management Assistant, The Candidate Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Managing Inventory, Tracking Orders, And Coordinating With Various Departments.

  • Attention To Detail: The Candidate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Product Inventory And Documentation. This Is Crucial For Maintaining Quality Control And Meeting Regulatory Requirements.

  • Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Product Management Or Supply Chain Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems, Product Forecasting, And Supplier Relations.

  • Ability To Work 3Rd Shift: The Job Requires The Candidate To Work Overnight Shifts, Which May Include Weekends And Holidays. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Able To Work Independently During Non-Traditional Hours.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Product Management Assistant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Internal And External Stakeholders. This Includes Coordinating With Vendors, Managing Product Inquiries, And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
