Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Scheduling And Coordinating Medical Staff, Preferably In A Hospital Or Blood Donation Setting.
Knowledge Of Blood Donation Process And Regulations, Particularly Related To Platelet Donations.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Volunteers And Staff.
