Mission Adaptation Program Evaluation Manager

The Program Evaluation Manager reports to the Executive Director of Mission Adaptation at the National Headquarters of the American Red Cross. This position facilitates the optimization of the Mission Adaptation program’s performance through evaluation, analysis and creation of actionable solutions. Leads continuous improvement of the Mission Adaptation program. Works with key stakeholders to develop short and long-term plans. Leads the design and development of the data collection and data analysis processes to allow real-time monitoring and improvement of the Mission Adaptation program. Creates performance and evaluation tools and systems for accurate, organized and complete metrics and program performance information and analysis. Leads the development of metrics and measures for the Mission Adaptation program and the collection and analysis of performance data.
