Mission Adaptation Grants Manager

This position will oversee all aspects of the grantmaking process for the Mission Adaptation program and ensure that grants are awarded and carried out in accordance with Mission Adaptation objectives. Creates and implements the grant development, implementation, and oversight process for the Mission Adaptation program. Works with organizational teams to create grant workflows and coordinates support for the grantmaking process with all stakeholders. Develops grant Mission Adaptation program requirements and tools for implementation in close coordination with Disaster Finance, Client Care Program and Long-Term Recovery teams. Develops and distributes financial and related reports to track progress. “Maintain regular oversight of all grants within the program and provide timely notification of any challenges or opportunities inherent to their facilitation. Oversee monitoring and evaluation of grants including analysis of impacts and outcomes. Provides technical assistance to grantees and the Mission Adaptation team.
