Lead, Molecular Technologist

The Lead Molecular Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of complex laboratory tests and procedures to ensure quality assurance, accuracy, and timely results in the laboratory. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a biological science, have at least 5 years of experience in a molecular biology laboratory, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and clinical laboratory information systems is preferred.
