Facilities Specialist

- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure the longevity and efficiency of facilities.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and contracts.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities meet the needs of staff and volunteers.
- Respond promptly to any facility-related emergencies or issues.

Knowledge Of Facility Management: A Facilities Specialist At American Red Cross Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Facility Management Principles, Including Maintenance, Safety, And Compliance Regulations.
Experience With Facility Maintenance: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Facility Maintenance, Including Experience With Hvac Systems, Electrical And Plumbing Systems, And General Repairs.
Strong Organizational Skills: The Role Of A Facilities Specialist Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously. Candidates Should Have Experience With Project Management And Be Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
