- Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and retaining blood donors to meet donation goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential donors.
- Create and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and schools to organize blood drives and increase donor participation.
- Coordinate and oversee blood drives, including scheduling, training volunteers, and managing donor flow.
- Utilize data and analytics to track donor recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential donors, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Educate and inform the public about the importance of blood donation and the impact it has on saving lives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of donor recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to support the overall mission and goals of the American Red Cross.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in donor recruitment and retention.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales, Marketing, Or Fundraising.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Potential Donors And Build Relationships.
Knowledge Of Fundraising Principles And Strategies, Particularly In The Non-Profit Sector.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively As Part Of A Team To Meet And Exceed Donation Goals.
