Donor Eligibility Specialist
Respond to and manage telephone inquiries from blood donors, telerecruitment staff, and regional blood collection staff regarding donor eligibility and concerns. Respond to and manage the receipt of emails regarding donor eligibility and concerns. Respond to and manage telephone inquiries from blood donors, telerecruitment staff, and regional blood collection staff regarding donor eligibility and concerns. Respond to and manage email inquiries regarding donor eligibility and concerns. May assist with donor investigations. May assist with donor deferral entry into the database. Perform other related duties as necessary to maintain the team workflow.
Prior medical terminology and medical background experience preferred.
Minimum one year of related customer service experience is preferred.
Associate Degree in Science or health care field is preferred.
