Certified Phlebotomist: The Candidate Should Possess A Valid Phlebotomy Certification From An Accredited Institution, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Skills In Performing Blood Draws And Handling Specimens.
Experience In Blood Collection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist, Preferably In A Blood Donation Setting. This Ensures They Are Familiar With The Procedures And Protocols Involved In Collecting Blood Donations.
