High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Successful Candidate For The Donor Center Phlebotomist Job At American Red Cross Should Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Certification In Phlebotomy: The Candidate Should Have A Valid Certification In Phlebotomy From A Recognized Institution. This Would Ensure Their Proficiency In Conducting Blood Draws And Handling Of Blood Samples.
