A Minimum Of One Year Of Phlebotomy Experience In A Medical Or Laboratory Setting.
Completion Of A Phlebotomy Training Program, Including Certification Or Licensure.
Knowledge Of Proper Blood Collection Procedures And Techniques, As Well As Infection Control And Safety Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Donors And Colleagues.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, As Well As Perform On-Call Duties.
