High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Donor Center Phlebotomist At American Red Cross Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Capable Of Understanding And Following Protocols And Procedures.
Phlebotomy Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Phlebotomy Certification From An Accredited Institution. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Training In Blood Collection Techniques And Is Knowledgeable About Safety And Infection Control Protocols.
