- Prepare and label collected blood donations accurately and safely for transport.
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures to ensure the safety of donors and staff.

Certification In Phlebotomy: Candidates For A Donor Center Phlebotomist Job At American Red Cross Should Possess A Current Certification In Phlebotomy From An Accredited Program Or Institution.
Experience In Blood Collection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Blood Collection, Preferably In A Donor Center Or Blood Bank Setting.
