- Maintain accurate records and documentation of disaster response activities, including volunteer hours, resources used, and services provided.
- Collaborate with other Disaster Services Supervisors and staff members to share best practices and resources, and to support a coordinated response to large-scale disasters.
- Represent the American Red Cross in a professional and compassionate manner, demonstrating a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values.
- Continuously assess and identify areas for improvement in disaster response efforts, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to better serve affected individuals and communities.
Bachelor's Degree In Emergency Management, Public Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Disaster Response And Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team In High-Stress Situations.
Knowledge Of Disaster Response Protocols, Including Fema Regulations And Red Cross Procedures.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work With Diverse Populations, Including Volunteers And Government Agencies.
