
Disaster Services Supervisor

Bachelor's Degree In Emergency Management, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Disaster Response And Management, Preferably With A Non-Profit Organization Or Government Agency.
Knowledge Of Fema Regulations And Procedures, Including Disaster Declaration And Funding Processes.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In High-Stress, Emergency Situations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Individuals And Establish Partnerships With Community Organizations.
