9. Serve as a liaison between the American Red Cross and other organizations involved in disaster relief efforts.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during disaster response operations.
11. Provide support and guidance to disaster-affected individuals and communities, including emotional support and referrals to additional resources.
12. Stay updated on current disaster management strategies and best practices, and implement them in disaster response efforts.
13. Collaborate with other Disaster Services Supervisors and team members to continuously improve disaster response efforts.
14. Participate in fundraising and outreach activities to support disaster relief efforts.
