  1. Conduct regular audits and data reviews to identify and resolve any data accuracy or integrity issues.
  2. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to maintain the integrity and consistency of data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data management needs and develop solutions to improve data quality.
  4. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and potential data discrepancies.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and provide support in implementing data quality improvements.
  6. Monitor data entry processes and systems to ensure compliance with established data quality standards.
  7. Investigate data errors and work with team members to identify root causes and develop remediation plans.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality processes and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in data quality management to continuously improve processes and systems.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data quality controls and automate data validation processes.
  11. Train and support team members on data quality processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the American Red Cross's mission and values and ensure that all data management activities align with them.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and report on progress to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on data quality-related topics and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  15. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and growth and actively seek out opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge in data quality management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or Data Analytics.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Non-Profit Or Healthcare Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles, Including Data Governance, Data Quality, And Data Security.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
