
Customer Service Representative
- Answers incoming calls for rescheduling and screening WIC applicants
- Accurately completes applicant screening documentation and schedules applicants and participants
- Contacts participants to reschedule missed appointments
- Refers participant questions and concerns to specific offices or appropriate staff
- Maintains an accurate referral list and refers participants accordingly
- Maintains accurate, updated participant telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and food packages.
- Informs office management of participant appointment shortages.
- Maintains accurate data to support decision making.
- Ensure Autodialer is set properly to run
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
