- Manage and schedule blood donations over the phone with donors and blood drive coordinators.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and donation schedules.
- Communicate effectively with donors and blood drive coordinators to ensure a smooth donation process.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective scheduling of donations.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for scheduling blood donations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of blood donations to ensure adequate supply.
