- Schedule blood donation appointments: The primary responsibility of a Call Center Blood Scheduler is to schedule blood donation appointments for donors in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with blood drive hosts: The Call Center Blood Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating with blood drive hosts to schedule and confirm blood donation appointments, as well as providing them with relevant information and materials to ensure a successful blood drive.
- Provide exceptional customer service: The individual in this role will be the first point of contact for potential donors and blood drive hosts, and therefore must have excellent customer service skills to answer questions, address concerns, and provide a positive experience for all individuals involved.
- Maintain accurate records: The Call Center Blood Scheduler will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining donor and blood drive information in the organization's database.
- Monitor and report on donor participation: The individual in this role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on donor participation, including tracking appointment cancellations and no-shows, and providing recommendations for improving donor retention.
