Job Description

We at the American Red Cross are looking for a motivated and compassionate Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing and maintaining excellent customer service. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to remain calm, professional, and courteous in all interactions. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to multi-task and be an excellent listener. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, this is the ideal role for you.To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred. You must be computer literate and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and have a positive attitude.
