  1. Properly receive, store, and distribute blood products according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of blood products for distribution.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all blood product storage and distribution activities.
  4. Follow strict safety and quality control measures to ensure the integrity and safety of blood products.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and prioritize distribution of blood products to hospitals and other facilities.
  6. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of storage equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  7. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, donors, and hospital staff.
  8. Follow all applicable regulations and guidelines related to blood product storage and distribution.
  9. Participate in training and continuing education programs to maintain knowledge and skills.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to donors and recipients of blood products.
  11. Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy policies to protect donor and recipient information.
  12. Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the overall mission of the American Red Cross.
