  1. Safely and efficiently store and distribute blood products to hospitals and patients in need.
  2. Follow established protocols and procedures for handling and transporting blood products.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all blood product storage and distribution activities.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper rotation and disposal of outdated products.
  5. Conduct regular quality control checks and report any issues or concerns to management.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of blood products to designated locations.
  7. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and sterile work environment.
  8. Communicate effectively with hospital personnel to coordinate delivery and receipt of blood products.
  9. Identify and report any deviations or discrepancies in product storage or distribution processes.
  10. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  12. Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a compassionate and respectful attitude towards patients and team members.
