Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Sciences Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Blood Banking Industry.
Knowledge Of Fda And Aabb Regulations And Standards For Blood Component Manufacturing.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Follow Strict Protocols And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment.
