Experience In A Laboratory Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory, Particularly In A Blood Bank Or Transfusion Service, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Experience Provides A Solid Understanding Of Laboratory Procedures And Best Practices, As Well As Familiarity With Equipment And Instruments Commonly Used In Manufacturing Blood Components.
