Knowledge And Understanding Of Blood Component Manufacturing Processes: This Includes Proficiency In Aseptic Techniques, Equipment Operation, And Quality Control Procedures.
Experience In Blood Banking Or A Related Field: Previous Experience Working In A Blood Bank, Hospital Transfusion Service, Or Other Medical Laboratory Setting Is Preferred.
Attention To Detail And Ability To Follow Strict Protocols: Blood Component Manufacturing Technicians Must Be Meticulous In Their Work To Ensure The Safety And Quality Of Blood Products.
Physical Ability To Perform Tasks: This Position May Involve Standing For Long Periods Of Time, Lifting Heavy Objects, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment.
