- Oversee and manage the scheduling and logistics of blood drives and community events in the designated region.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate staffing and resources for events.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of event details, including budgets and expenses.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve event planning processes.
- Represent the American Red Cross at community events and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on event outcomes and impact to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during events.

- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during events in a professional and timely manner.

Knowledge Of Local Event Venues And Resources, As Well As Experience Negotiating Contracts And Managing Budgets.
