  1. Provide technical support to staff and volunteers: The Analyst, Technical Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for all technology-related issues faced by staff and volunteers.
  2. Ensure smooth operation of technical systems: This individual will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the functionality of all technical systems used by the American Red Cross, including but not limited to hardware, software, and network systems.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: The Analyst, Technical Support will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring the continuity of operations.
  4. Perform regular maintenance and updates: This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and updates on all technology systems, including software updates, security patches, and hardware upgrades.
  5. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures: The Analyst, Technical Support will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of all technology systems.
  6. Train staff and volunteers on technology best practices: This individual will be responsible for providing training and support to staff and volunteers on technology best practices, promoting efficient and effective use of technology within the organization.
  7. Collaborate with IT team and vendors: The Analyst, Technical Support will work closely with the IT team and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and implement new technology solutions.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation: This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of all technology systems, including inventory, licenses, and user information.
  9. Stay up-to-date with technology trends: The Analyst, Technical Support will stay informed about the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure the American Red Cross is utilizing the most up-to-date and effective technology solutions.
  10. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures: The Analyst, Technical Support will adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including those related to IT security, data privacy, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
