Manager eCommerce Analytics

Lead the definition and development of new analytic capabilities along the AGInteractive Business Intelligence roadmap required to establish desired consumer intimacy. Coordinate communication and foster relationships across departments to understand business needs, consult on possible solutions, set BI team priorities, and delegate workload as appropriate across a team of statistical analysts. Perform analyses in addition to delegating work to others. This could include tasks such as data wrangling, A/B test design and analysis, statistical modeling, data mining, segmentation, clustering, data visualization, or basic data analysis tasks as needed. Surface performance insights and opportunities across all of AG ecommerce businesses to inform decisions and drive positive change within the organization and/or the consumer experience  Have the ability to present methodology and key findings of analyses to non-analytical audiences. The analyst will be required to present analytical methodologies and results to executive management when appropriate. Foster the growth and development of each analyst within the Ecommerce Analytical team through informal support, coaching, feedback, and the identification of opportunities for training and development.
