  1. Design and develop innovative software solutions to meet the business needs of American Greetings.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with industry best practices.
  4. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in software development to continuously improve and enhance our systems.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  6. Conduct thorough testing of software solutions to ensure they meet quality standards before deployment.
  7. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  8. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing systems.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards, processes, and tools.
  11. Collaborate with team members to identify and address technical and design issues.
  12. Communicate project progress and potential roadblocks to management and stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to company policies and security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
  14. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  15. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
